Description

The A920 short drill from Dormer is available in an extensive range of fractional and metric diameters. Part of Dormer?s PFX range of drills, the A920 has a parabolic flute design which means deeper holes can be drilled in a single pass. The tool is made from High Speed cobalt and can be used to drill a number of different materials including aluminium, steels and stainless steels, whilst the bright finish means workpiece material will not stick to the cutting edge of the tool. The A920 has a 130 degree point angle which helps to self-center the tool on the hole and means less force is needed to drill into the workpiece. The A920 PFX drill is a high performance tool and produces high quality and accurate holes (to H10 hole tolerance) even at high speeds and feeds.
