Description
501-12 aircraft extension drill bits are available in a wide range of wire gauge sizes from 50 to 1 and are manufactured to NAS907 type B standard. Made from premium High Speed steel, the drill bits are suitable for drilling many different materials including steels, aluminum and stainless steel, and have a steam oxide finish which prevents workpiece material from sticking to the cutting surfaces of the tool, so you get a clean and accurate result. The 135 degree split point helps with self-centering and reduces the push force needed. 501-12 aircraft extension drills have a long overall length with a short flute which is especially recommended for stable drilling in areas which are hard to reach.
