Description
QC41G screw machine drills have a 135 degree split point which helps with self-centering and reduces the force needed to drill into the workpiece. Manufactured from premium High Speed steel, the drills can be used on a wide variety of materials including steel, aluminum and stainless steel, and have a titanium nitride coating which prolongs the life of the drill and improves performance when drilling harder materials. With a special parabolic flute design which makes it possible to drill deeper holes in a single pass, QC41G screw machine drills are available in a wide range of fractional and wire gauge diameters.
