Description
The RF100 F uses a specially designed flute geometry with 40°/42° variable helix angles for slotting and finishing in soft and tough steels as well as other long chipping materials up to 850 N/mm (25 HRC). FIREX® coated for additional tool life.
Slot and pocket milling often creates chip evacuation problems, especially on vertical machining centers. Re-cutting chips can cause end mill failure.
Coolant-through end millshelp evacuate chips from the cutting zone. This eliminates the problem or re-cutting chips.
