Description
The 3805 AlumaMill G3 Vicor has an advanced flute shape and relief form to produce excellent surface finishes and reduced tool pressure. The added chip breakers* provide chip control while the unique wiper geometry produces excellent floor finishes. The sinuous end gash of the G3 is ideal for agressive plunging and ramping speeds. This tool is stocked with an FC5 coating. Special variations are available uncoated in 2 weeks.
*Any 3833 AlumaMill G3 with a diameter of .25? and over can be made into a 3805 AlumaMill G3 Vicor using our 48 hour chip breaker service.
