Description
Tiger Bobcat mini 3 inch flat flap discs are ideal for use on air die grinders for smooth grinding and enhanced conformability in tight areas when working with steel and stainless steel. These mini discs leverage self-sharpening zirconia alumina (ZA) grains that hold up under high temperatures and extreme pressure.
The type 27 flat disc shape is ideal for smooth grinding, blending, and finishing on flat surfaces and slight contours from0 deg. - 15 deg. while the 60 grit abrasive grain is ideal for edge beveling, chamfering, weld grinding, blending, deburring, deflashing, and rust removal. The threaded arbor S mount allows for easy attachment to a die grinder when using industry standard hub pads and S mount mandrels.
Bobcat sheds cloth and exposes new grain, delivering a consistent, aggressive cut rate and removing 3 times more material over the life of the disc than a comparable blending disc.
