Description
Tiger Paw 4.5 inch flat flap discs are designed for demanding metalworking applications like edge grinding on steel and stainless steel. Tiger Paw leverages 100% zirconia alumina grain that holds up under high temperatures and extreme pressure delivering high performance on heavy duty applications.
The type 27 flat disc shape is ideal for smooth grinding, blending, and finishing on flat surfaces and slight contours from0 deg. - 15 deg. while the 40 grit abrasive grain is best for edge beveling, chamfering, weld grinding, and blending with a right angle grinder. This disc offers a metal 5/8"-11 nut that allows for quick changeovers and prevents the disc from sticking to the spindle.
If you need maximum aggression for sustained stock removal, you need Tiger Paw flap discs.
