Description

Tiger Aluminum 4.5 inch flat flap discs leverage a paired flap design to deliver high performance grinding on aluminum. The top flaps are coated to eliminate loading and allow the disc to maintain a high cut-rate, while the alternating flaps aggressively remove material with self-sharpening zirconia aluminum grains. The combination delivers the ultimate combination of high performance grinding for aluminum at an exceptional value.

The type 27 flat disc shape is ideal for blending flat seams and grinding at lower angles while the 60 grit abrasive grain is ideal for weld blending, finishing and cosmetic detail work with a right angle grinder.
