Description

Tiger Aluminum 4.5 inch conical flap discs leverage a paired flap design to deliver high performance grinding on aluminum. The top flaps are coated to eliminate loading and allow the disc to maintain a high cut-rate, while the alternating flaps aggressively remove material with self-sharpening zirconia aluminum grains. The combination delivers the ultimate combination of high performance grinding for aluminum at an exceptional value.

The type 29 conical disc shape maximizes surface contact when grinding between 15 deg. - 25 deg. for aggressive stock removal on flat surfaces while the 36 grit abrasive grain is best for beveling, chamfering, weld removal and stock removal with a right angle grinder. This disc offers a metal 5/8"-11 nut that allows for quick changeovers and prevents the disc from sticking to the spindle.
