R510 ADX jobber drills from Dormer are manufactured from premium carbide and can be used for drilling a number of materials including steels, cast iron and aluminium. With a 130 degree point to help with self-centering and reduce the push force, the drills are capable of producing high quality and accurate holes (H8 hole tolerance) even at high speeds and feeds. With a titanium nitride coating to extend the life of the drill and improve performance when drilling harder materials, R510 carbide drills have a convex cutting edge which helps break chips for easier removal, allowing increased speeds and feeds.
