Description
The ball nosed geometry of C505 milling cutters is designed for contour milling complex surfaces on a CNC machine, whilst the medium 2 flute design gives high rigidity, increasing strength and reducing vibration. The bright finish ensures workpiece material does not stick to the cutting edges of the tool so you get a cleaner, more accurate result. C505 ball nosed milling cutters are manufactured from High Speed cobalt which means you get great performance and longer tool life. They can be used for contour milling in cast iron, steels and stainless steels, making them a very versatile choice.
