D747 fine pitch slitting saws come with a neutral tooth geometry to help control chips and prevent rubbing when milling deep slots. They are manufactured from High Speed steel which gives great tool strength and also improves wear resistance and performance, whilst the bright finish ensures a clean and accurate finish by preventing workpiece material from sticking to the cutting edges of the tool.
