Description
R51FS taper length drill bits are manufactured to ANSI standard. The special high helix taper length series drills are recommended for applications where a longer reach is required, and for drilling deeper holes, and come in a great range of fractional sizes starting at 1/64 inch, all the way up to 1-3/4 inches. They have a 118 degree strong, conventional point which is easy to re-grind, and a bright finish to stop workpiece material from sticking to the cutting surfaces of the drill so you get clean, accurate holes. Made from High Speed steel, R51FS taper length drills can be used to drill many materials including steel, aluminum and stainless steel.
