Description
S226 milling cutters are part of Dormer extensive cutter range and are manufactured from premium carbide for superior performance and extended tool life. They are designed specifically for finishing in difficult to machine materials such as heat resistant alloys and, to improve performance under these conditions, are coated with an aluminium titanium nitride coating, which also further extends the tool life. The long series multi-flute design of S226 cutters provides high rigidity for finishing of deep profiles, and the 50 degree helix ensures high performance profiling on CNC machines.
