For a comprehensive set of Rotary carbide burrs for the maintenance and repair professional, choose SET-DC-12. All of the burrs included are for general plain surface de-burring and have hardened steel shanks for added rigidity and strength, reducing vibration and extending tool life, and a DC geometry to break chips more efficiently for greater control when de-burring by hand by the maintenance and repair professional. The bright finish prevents workpiece material from sticking to the cutting surfaces for more accurate results, whilst you can be confident the premium carbide used in manufacture will provide superior performance and longer tool life at high speeds. The sets are available in two different sizes. The extra small diameters set consists of one of each of the following. 1/8 inch diameter: - SA-DC cylinder without end cut (shape A); SC-DC ball nose cylinder (shape C); SD-DC ball shape (shape D); SE-DC oval shape (shape E); SF-DC ball nose tree (shape F); SG-DC pointed tree (shape G); SH-DC flame shape (shape H); SJ-DC 60 degree countersink(shape J); SL-DC ball nose cone (shape L) and SN-DC inverted cone (shape N), plus 3/32 inch diameter shape A and shape C 12 pieces in all with 1/8 inch shanks and overall length of 1.1/2 inches. The medium length diameters set includes. Shapes A; C; D; E; F; G; H; J; K (90 degree countersink); L; M (cone shape) and N. All 12 pieces have 1/4 inch diameter, 1/4 inch shank and an overall length of 2inches.
