Description
Part of Dormer?s extensive carbide milling cutter range, S208 2-flute slot drills are manufactured from premium carbide for longer tool life and great performance, and have an aluminium titanium nitride coating to prevent workpiece material from sticking to the cutting edges of the tool, so ensuring a clean and accurate surface. The medium length flute design gives high rigidity to improve strength and reduce vibration, and the tools can be used for plunging, ramping and profile milling in steels, stainless steels and cast irons. S208 carbide milling cutters are a good, economical range for general milling of slots on most types of machines.
