Description

Lockout tags prevent accidental or unexpected start up or release of stored energy when working on equipment and machinery. Vinyl lockout tags are made with .015 mil thick tear and chemical resistant vinyl to withstand the toughest environments. The material is a rigid PVC film with a gloss/gloss surface. Features a writeable matte surface with a 3/8" reinforced brass grommet. Meets OSHA 29 CRF 1910.147 requirements.
