TOOL-SCRIPT 51 is a synthetic coolant designed for a wide variety of metalworking operations. Nonstaining properties make it suitable for use with multiple metals, including copper and aluminum. TOOL-SCRIPT 51 has built-in lubricity for handling drilling and tapping applications. Special corrosion inhibitors provide for in-process rust protection. As an oil rejecting coolant, TOOL-SCRIPT 51 runs clean and resists biological attack. It is typically non-irritating to machine operators.

For most standard machining operations, TOOL-SCRIPT 51 is used in dilutions of 6% - 12%. TOOL-SCRIPT 51 is a low foaming coolant suitable for many high agitation applications. Residual protective films are easily removed using surfactant or mild alkaline cleaners.
